LSI Design Engineer
As core member of the LSI design team, you will be responsible for leading the architectural definition for LSI and product portfolio. This includes the creation of roadmap and strategy for the development of display/signal controllers and peripherals covering image and video processing, standard high-speed serial interfaces such as eDP and the CerebrEx original interfaces such as Cool Pepper®. This position requires close working relationship with LSI end users as well as our own marketing and sales teams to provide solutions for today’s system products and to position our LSI offerings to meet future requirements.
Typical activities include:
- Definition of architecture and development of video/image processing, timing controller, high performance interface and protocol IP cores as they apply to the display industry.
- Collaboration with LSI marketing and sales teams to map customer requirements into IP roadmaps.
- Lead highly technical interactions with customers during pre-sales discussion to define hardware architecture requirements and map them into LSI protocol IP portfolio.
- Participation in design and verification reviews to maintain architecture implementation consistency.
